While attending BYU-ID, Patrick interned with Wood Building and Development for a summer. His work ethic and attention to detail were such that when he graduated with a degree in construction management he was quickly hired. That all happened years ago. Today he is the lead superintendent in the company, which benefits from of all of his prior education and experience. Even before deciding to go into construction management, he developed skills in iron fabrication and installation, performing complicated home and office demolition and rehabbing, and working in other trades. This prior experience and then his educational background have given him a unique perspective as he approaches residential and commercial building.
